General Description
This is a Managerial role in the area of administration with a strong analytical component. Responsibilities include the oversight of inventory records, contract compliance, new ERP software onboarding and coordination of cashflow and AR / AP functions.
Scope of Work
- Oversee the transition of new manufacturing and accounting software from existing ERP software
- Responsible for Inventory accuracy and tracking of COGS, with a focus to bring costs down.
- Assessing financial information for internal use i.e., daily bank balance snapshots, cashflow and purchasing approvals
- Provide oversight to AP and AR including collections
- Execute payments through bank wires and PayPal; setting up accounts and client communication
- Management of administrative staff
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and reports as needed from time to time
- Provide oversight to IT contractor and make recommendations for infrastructure improvement
- Monitoring and engaging in Artist contracts and royalty payments in a timely manner
- Engage with other Backun team members for collaborative solutions
