Part-Time Office Administrator
Oakville, ON
$18.50 - $30.00 / hour
Job Description :
- Answering phones and transferring calls to the appropriate party
- Scheduling and booking appointments
- Setting up and entering new clients into the system
- Accounts Receivable duties including invoicing clients and following up on overdue accounts
- Documenting cash and wire receiving
- HR duties including following up with WSIB, Form 8 paperwork, monthly reporting, and benefits administration
Job Requirements :
- Must have 2 years of administration experience and exposure to Accounting and Human Resources
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings when needed
