Brandt is currently seeking a Director of Business Development for our Central Division based out of our Mississauga location .
This position is responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability for Brandt Finance in the Central Region as well as providing leadership in the mentoring and development of th e Business Development Manager and team of Retail Finance Managers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Achieving sales and market share goals for the long-term success of Brandt Finance.
- Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Assisting in the management of Brandt Finance in conjunction with the Vice President of Credit and Brandt Finance.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of both internal and external finance programs.
- Work with Brandt Finance and regional sales teams to identify and acquire strategic customers.
- Other duties as required from time to time.

Required Experience
- 5 or more years of direct equipment finance experience in progressively senior management roles required.
- Previous finance experience would be an asset.
- A high level of written and oral communication skills are required.
- Able to travel within the Ontario region while developing and strengthening both internal and external customers.
- Post secondary degree in business / finance would be considered an asset.
