Robert Half is partnering with an excellent organization that's looking to add an experienced Finance Coordinator to their growing team. This is a full-time/permanent role.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process a high volume of monthly invoices
• Manage accounts payable by coding and entering vendor invoices, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues
• Handle employee expense claims and reconcile visa statements with supporting documentation, addressing inconsistencies with cardholders
• Perform accounts receivable duties, including conducting customer collection calls to ensure timely payments
• Set up and maintain project budgets and financial records within the project management system
• Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare deposits, along with other banking-related tasks
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients by addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently
• Assist with year-end financial processes and reporting
• Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring a structured and accessible filing system
• Provide backup support for other finance roles during peak periods or staff absences
Qualifications:
• Post secondary education in Accounting, Finance or in a related field
• Must come from a high volume environment (Construction or Property Management).
• 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with exposure to diverse financial tasks
• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing
• Strong skills in account and bank reconciliations, with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with managing employee expense claims and resolving discrepancies
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial management tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
