We are looking for an IT Support specialist to assist our internal employees with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software.
Standout candidates will be excellent problem-solvers with outstanding communication and customer service skills. If you have experience in this field - this is the position for you!
Responsibilities :
Responding to client support queries.
Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
Providing basic computer training.
Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
Requirements
- Advanced k nowledge of computer software systems, office applications (MS Office, Adobe, etc), operating systems (Windows, MacOS), basic network technologies (WiFI, VPN).
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems, including motherboards, memory modules, and processors.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to self-manage short and long-term goals effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Ability to discover, prioritize, and address points in the responsibility area in a project-oriented manner.
- Patience and understanding.
