Responsibilities :

• Participatein business requirementswalkthroughs.
• Analysisof business requirement documents and liaison withclients.
• Developmentand design of new programs or enhancements to existing ones(environment : IBM Mainframe COBOL and DB2 occasionalIMS).
• Creationand walkthrough of Systems Response documents TechnicalSpecifications and ImplementationPlans.
• Codingof payment programs including new andexisting.
• Preparationof test plans test data and unittesting ofprograms.
• Preparationof implementation plans and promotion ofprograms.
• Asassigned response to client queries and troubleshooting ofproductionincidents.
• Updatesto key knowledge transfer documents such as the Claims Systemdocumentation and the Overview of Architected PaymentSystems.
• Conduct / participatein design walkthroughs as well as test case and test resultswalkthroughs.
• Supporttesting of the changes by other teammembers.
• Weeklyreporting on status progress and key issue / concerns as directed bythe Project Lead or Sr. ProjectManager.
• Transferskills and knowledge to selected OPSstaff.
• Theresource may be required to do similar work related to the role forother initiatives within PRS as directed by themanager.
