We will do this by hiring graduate Medical Laboratory Technologists who will be completing studies in the next 12 months.

Our Graduate Medical Laboratory Technologist (under a Licensed MLT) works in collaboration with all members of the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine team to conduct diagnostic analytical laboratory tests and procedures to using appropriate methodologies and quality assurance techniques.
The MLT ensures that the principles and practices that guide our work such as the mission, vision, values, expected behaviors, the leadership philosophy, organizational health, population health, ethics, safety, quality, partnerships and interprofessional collaboration are integrated within the services they provide and through the messages they deliver.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following :
- Graduate from an approved program in Medical Laboratory Technologist within the last twelve months or coming twelve months, and eligible for licensing with Nova Scotia College of Medical Laboratory Technologist
- Registration or eligible with Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS)
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours
- Permanent full-time positions (100%); 75 hours bi-weekly
- Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation and Benefits
$30.83 - $37.54 hourly
Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
