Surrey Place is committed to leveraging Autism paid services models into sustainable not-for-profit revenue generation. The inaugural Director, Business Development will lead the diversification of the business by growing the fee for service program and revenues.

They will work collaboratively with clinical and program staff to ideate and build new services, products, and packages that tap into new markets.

Forward thinking, the Director will look longer term for opportunities for Surrey Place to innovate and provide leadership in autism services to build capacity across the sector.

Data driven, the Director will identify new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships with key players across industry, private, and public sectors.

This position offers a unique chance to lay the groundwork for transformative growth by identifying untapped market potential, forging long standing partnerships, and positioning the organization as an industry leader, driving unprecedented success for the client group.

The ideal candidate excels in fostering strong relationships across various sectors while maintaining a steadfast commitment to the organization's mission and values.
