We are seeking a highly skilled Product Implementation Engineer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Job Description Collaborating with customers and internal teams on the deployment, integration and troubleshooting of the Sensa-NetReveal financial crime solution suite.

The Sensa-NetReveal financial crime solution suite delivers improved detection and lower total cost of ownership with a single platform for Fraud, Compliance, Anti-money Laundering and Sanctions Screening.

It is used by banks, insurers, government departments and law enforcement agencies around the world to provide threat insights, combat criminal threats and enhance competitive advantage.

NetReveal identifies unusual and suspicious behaviours hidden in the constant flow of data moving around an organisation.

It combines machine learning and predictive entity-level analytics with advanced social network analysis to identify risk, criminality and fraud.

Our in-depth industry expertise, coupled with innovative and powerful technologies, means that NetReveal identifies irregular activity faster and with more intelligence than conventional systems. Key Responsibilities :

  • Deploying and integrating enterprise solutions including :
  • Configuration of the software and supporting applications
  • Design and development of custom extensions, to provide required integrations or functionality
  • Responding to and leading resolution of technical issues
  • Adhering to and enhancing software development approaches and methodologies
  • Applying and developing leading edge analytical methods, including data mining techniques and social network analysis
  • Ability to self-manage in delivering high quality work product to meet project expectations within deadlines.
  • Going beyond routine questioning to find the underlying causes of problems or discrepancies to identify problems and develop sound solutions
  • Tracking and reporting development progress to Team lead
  • Ability to work with other members of teams in a collaborative manner Skills and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics or Statistics or closely related field
  • 3+ years’ professional experience as a strong individual contributor in a team in enterprise-wide software deliveries using an SDLC delivery framework (Waterfall or Agile)
  • Hands on experience in the following :
  • Languages : Java, Python, Scala (working knowledge of at least 1 is required. Other OOP languages may be considered)
  • Databases : Oracle, PostgreSQL (Strong knowledge of SQL concepts and procedural language constructs in 1 is a must. Other DBMS such SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2 may be considered)
  • J2EE Application Servers : JBoss EAP, IBM WebSphere (familiarity in at least 1 is required)
  • Messaging and Streams : JMS and Kafka
  • Scripting : Linux / Unix and shell scripting (must be comfortable working in Linux based environments)
  • Source Control Tools (SVN, GIT of equivalent)
  • Ability to provide hands-on support to test team during QA cycles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
