As a Delivery Manager at Latecoere, you will be responsible for ensuring that Latecoere’s innovative Product Delivery Model (Order to Delivery) meets the user need and the outcomes agreed between Latecoere and the client, whilst ensuring our delivery follows good governance and quality standards.
You will empower and support Latecoere teams to perform well, learn and grow in a manner that is consistent with Latecoere’s company values.
You will leverage successful delivery and strong client relationships to explore opportunities to win follow-on business with existing customers.

- Leverage successful delivery and strong client relationships to explore opportunities to win follow-on business with existing customers & support future growth by working closely with Programs, Account Leads & Account Management teams, assisting where required with the sales / procurement cycle to best position Latecoere to win profitable new business.
- Understand critical success factors for the project (beyond the traditional measures : on time, on budget and to agreed scope) and ensure each work stream has a plan in place to achieve the success factors
- Be responsible for achieving or exceeding KPI targets plus accurate and timely forecasting and reporting of KPI’s (revenue, OTD, past dues, recovery, staffing, work in progress etc.).
- Effectively manage program risks and issues, escalating where appropriate
- Raw material shortages requiring alternate material or escalation with any customer / excluding Flex & Mesh
- Demand Management / Retrieving PO from EXOSTAR or other Customers and Entering into BAAN
- FAS Reconciliation for all Programs / PM to request DMR from Boeing and flow down to PDM. Anything associated with Revenue will be PM.
- Daily Invoicing and reporting : Communicate day to day delivery plans and compliance to customer demand
- Identify and escalate Supply Chain or Operational Risks to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve
- Identify exceptions impacting delivery that require customer and or cross functional coordination and escalate to the Program Manager
- In Take Sales Demand from customers and enter SO into the MRP
- Manage the EDI system to ensure all customer orders are correctly captured report out & resolve nonconforming orders
- Monthly ESPM report distribution monthly / Mike's Request
- Providing weekly updates to Finance Past Due orders
- Maintain Program LOB’s for WWF & Spoiler lines
- NCRs for each program / Returns
- CGD (Controlled Goods Security Assessment Applications)
- Have responsibility for staffing teams and assisting with recruitment activities to enable stable organizational growth

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility, including experience successfully managing various projects
- Outstanding grasp of program management concepts and processes
- PMP certification desired
- Sales and Operations Planning background essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point and Project) or equivalent.
