You as a Director, Planning & Scheduling will :

• Lead, manage and oversee the work of project Schedulers.
• Lead and manage the schedule development process for major pursuits such as design-build, Alliance, P3.
• Lead, manage and prepare conceptual schedules for preconstruction and RFP pursuits with varying levels of information (from renderings / descriptions only, all the way to IFC documents).
• Coordinate and work closely with the preconstruction and pursuit teams for the development of efficient, buildable schedules.
• Ensure compliance and integration of Contract and specification requirements in project schedules.
• Coordinate and work closely with the operations team (active construction) for the oversight, maintenance, updating, change management, mitigation schedule development and compliant schedule reporting of active projects.
• Ensure baseline schedules are accurate, appropriately detailed and competitive.
• Ensure project teams are regularly performing progress updates (bi-weekly or monthly), including as appropriate, the preparation of monthly schedule reports.
• Ensure the project teams maintain the integrity of the master schedule for each project and identify and record the impact of work performed according to the schedule. Prepare and maintain the project schedule log on a regular basis.
• Support, as necessary, projection of total job costs by comparing estimated costs in Baseline schedule with actual costs / performance after a schedule update
• Develop and maintain a database of construction productivity rates, procurement durations, lead times and project risk items
