  • Evaluatevendor proposals (including conceptual design drawings detail AVdesign drawing packages network design diagrams pricing timelinesand facilitiesrequirements)
  • Conductassess evaluate and document stakeholder interests and businessneeds
  • Createand validate business scenarios and usecases
  • Createsystem and user interface design and modifications (data &screen) asrequired
  • Reviewall test scenarios to ensure the requirements are met; establishtraceability matrix to monitoroutput
  • Ensurealignment and adherence to Ministry of Government Servicesprocesses andstandards
  • Supportthe testing team during system and UATtesting
  • Participatein Knowledgetransfer
  • Training

ClientLiaison :

  • RepresentOPS I&IT communities to the client organization : serving asa dedicated source of information and recommendations to clientmanagement concerning information technologyissues
  • Promoteproducts and services to clients to increase understanding andappreciation of theirbenefits.

Advisory and SupportServices :

  • Conductcomprehensive business analyses for clients providingbusinessdriven needs assessments and determining functionalrequirements.
  • Coordinatein collaboration with technology specialists identification oftechnology solutions to meet clients functionalrequirements.
  • Initiateand facilitate partnerships among clients with similar business andtechnology needs to partner to share the use and benefits ofinformation technology solutions and facilitate communication amongclients to increase effective use of informationtechnology

SolutionCoordination :

  • Facilitatethe negotiation of contracts between clients and appropriateinternal service / solution providers including the development andevaluation of contracts / service level agreement letters ofintent.
  • Coordinateas single point of contact for the delivery of informationtechnology solutions where the total solution involves theintegration of multiple projects and / or providers as required byclients.
  • PromoteI&IT products and services to clients to increase theirunderstanding of benefits and that align with business needs andeffective use of informationtechnology.

Atleast 5 years of audio and videoconferencing technologyexperience

  • Knowledgeof emerging audio / visual and related technology solutions industrytrends / developments client business activities and their currentoperating systems hardware andsoftware
