As an Assistant Store Manager, you will :
- Regularly evaluate, support, train, and coach your team on products, style, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly operations, setting daily sales goals and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop in-store talent and future leaders by motivating and promoting your team members.
- Handle store opening and closing procedures like a pro.
- Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
What You Need :
- Experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail (KPI analysis, planning, inventory management, etc.).
- Proven leadership skills in recruiting, developing, and mentoring team members.
- Bilingual skills in French and English (spoken and written) as you will meet many customers!
