As a member of the QA Documentation team , you will play a critical role in processing document change requests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal and external audit activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to collaborate across teams while ensuring documentation remains compliant and up to date. Responsibilities :
Process change requests daily, including DCOs (Document Change Orders) and DCPs (Design Change Packages)Review change requests to ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted informationEvaluate the impact of changes on related documentation and affected sitesUpdate documentation in accordance with approved changesRoute documents to appropriate stakeholders for review and approvalRelease controlled documents following approvalResearch information required to support documentation and system changesMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation recordsSupport internal and external audit activities as requiredPromote and support a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace culturePerform other related administrative and documentation duties as assignedQualifications & Skills :
Must be eligible to work and reside within CanadaHigh School Diploma (required)1-3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative, documentation, or QA-related roleTwo-year college diploma in a technical field preferred (or equivalent experience)Related experience in a regulated or quality-focused environment considered an assetStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent administrative, coordination, and planning skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all organizational levelsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and perform under pressureInterested?
