Description of Position :

Seeking an HR professional that is a highly collaborative true team leader, ready to lead a team of HR business partners! You will bring your deep knowledge of service delivery best practices to strategize and manage all aspects of the full employee lifecycle. HR management experience in guidance, support and training to employees and other team members alongside strategic workforce planning is required. Looking for strong mentorship abilities, critical thinking, and a progressive and open minded leader with a deep understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices.

Responsibilities include :

• Lead a team of HR business partners through strong mentorship and support
• strategic workforce planning
• performance improvement, comp, and absence support plans, wellness programs and compensation reviews
• effectively communicate policies and programs
• risk assessment and mitigation
• operational and service delivery issue resolutions
• maintain strong and effective relationships with all stakeholders
