Description of Position :
Seeking an HR professional that is a highly collaborative true team leader, ready to lead a team of HR business partners! You will bring your deep knowledge of service delivery best practices to strategize and manage all aspects of the full employee lifecycle.
HR management experience in guidance, support and training to employees and other team members alongside strategic workforce planning is required.
Looking for strong mentorship abilities, critical thinking, and a progressive and open minded leader with a deep understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices.
Responsibilities include :
- Lead a team of HR business partners through strong mentorship and support
- strategic workforce planning
- performance improvement, comp, and absence support plans, wellness programs and compensation reviews
- effectively communicate policies and programs
- risk assessment and mitigation
- operational and service delivery issue resolutions
- maintain strong and effective relationships with all stakeholders

Une expérience de la gestion des RH en matière d'orientation, de soutien et de formation des employés et des autres membres de l'équipe, ainsi que de planification stratégique des effectifs, est requise.

Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à :
- Diriger une équipe de partenaires d'affaires RH par le biais d'un mentorat et d'un soutien solides.
- La planification stratégique de la main-d'œuvre
- L'amélioration de la performance, les plans de compensation et de soutien aux absences, les programmes de bien-être et les révisions de la rémunération
- Communiquer efficacement les politiques et les programmes
- L'évaluation et l'atténuation des risques
- Résolution des problèmes opérationnels et de prestation de services
- Entretenir des relations solides et efficaces avec tous les intervenants.

- Fluently bilingual in both official languages
- 6 years experience in HR including minimum 3 years in HR management
- University degree in HR management or related field, or equivalent
- Certified Conflict Management Coach designation is an asset
