Adecco is actively seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our client's team in Oshawa, ON. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of $68,000 per annum. In this role, you will ensure that equipment is operational and well-maintained, travelling to client locations across Ontario to provide top-notch service.
Pay Rate : $68k / year.

Responsibilities :
Travel to client locations throughout Ontario to service and repair equipment.
Utilize various tools and processes for equipment maintenance and repairs.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions to ensure proper operating conditions.
Inspect and diagnose equipment to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
Proactively identify required work and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Complete paperwork in a timely manner to ensure accurate records.
Maintain a clean and safe work vehicle and work area.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements :
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technician or mechanic position, preferably with heavy equipment.
Strong hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical aptitude, with experience using various power tools.
Clean criminal background and valid G Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
Experience with hydraulics and electrical assembly is an asset.
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities, working well under pressure.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience dealing with customers in the field is a plus.
