This OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate position focuses on preparing customer orders from multiple temperature areas. You select fresh products, remove damaged items, label shipments, and complete required documentation. You also balance fulfillment work with positive customer interaction while following food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Select fresh, high-quality products for customer orders
Remove damaged or unsuitable products during picking
Complete pick slips and shipping labels accurately
Pack totes efficiently while maintaining safety standards
Provide assistance and resolve customer issues when needed

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old
Willingness to work varied shifts based on business needs
Ability to perform repetitive stocking and organizing tasks
