What You’ll Be Doing

As a key contributor to our Design Verification & Characterization Team , you’ll play an essential role in bringing revolutionary optical products to life. Specifically, you’ll :

• Engineer with impact : Design and implement advanced optical test and verification strategies to transition breakthrough products from the design phase to full-scale production.
• Characterize cutting-edge optics : Conduct in-depth characterization of key optical parameters, using advanced techniques to ensure our products are optimized for real-world performance.
• Dive into advanced analysis : Utilize sophisticated data analysis methods to extract insights, solve challenges, and improve optical designs.
• Innovate with AI : Collaborate on integrating AI tools into test and characterization workflows to unlock new levels of efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate for success : Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to align product requirements.
• Deliver excellence : Create scalable, well-documented test solutions and validate products using Agile methodologies .

Salary Range : $110,625 - 149,675 (flexible)
