Warehouse Coordinator
Our Client in Quebec is looking for Warehouse Coordinator to add to their Team!
This Position offers :
- Hours : 8-5
- Pay : $28-$30 / hour

Responsibilities :
- Ensure that the work environment is safe, clean and organized at all times
- Responsible for receiving the stock (parts / pumps), labeling the stock and putting
them in inventory
- Record and post the stock issued on the appropriate repair orders
- Report overages, shortages, or damaged items to parts manager
- Assist in replenishment of sold inventory
- Work with supervisor to ensure stock and equipment that is requisitioned by
maintenance
- Setup orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
- Work with others to compile records concerned with ordering, receiving, storing,
issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment
Responsible for organizing racking and establishing / optimizing locations for new
parts
Serve as a reference point and mentor to the team in all aspects of stockroom
operations that are applicable to their respective job classifications
- Identify ways to improve training methods and communicate them to supervisors
- Keep the inventory at an optimal level according to the customer's demand, without
overstocking or understocking
Execute any other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned
Requirements : .
- 2-3 years of Leadership experience and warehouse coordination experience
- 2-3 years and certified Forklift Counterbalance
- French Bilingual - is a must
- Inventory management, organization, optimization, placement
- Inventory expenses, balances
- Attention to details
- Manufacturer, (Pharmacy), asset
- SAP experience is an asset
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate) needs to be confident in using it. Advance formulas
not required.
- Experience with speaking with vendors and clients
