Job descriptionAvailable for 24 / 7 support (on a bonus rotation) Provide first-level support for production and non-production incidents (on a daytime rotation). Diagnose and resolve issues related to deployment, performance and availability of environments. Document incidents, perform root cause analysis and communicate progress to stakeholders. Develop, improve and automate runbooks for daily operational tasks. Identify and implement improvements to optimize performance, reliability and security of environments. Automate repetitive tasks to increase team efficiency. Support and problem resolution : Available for 24 / 7 support (on a bonus rotation) Provide first-level support for production and non-production incidents (on a daytime rotation). Diagnose and resolve problems related to deployment, performance and availability of environments. Document incidents, perform root cause analysis and communicate progress to stakeholders. Work closely with development, infrastructure and product teams to ensure smooth application delivery. Communicate effectively with different teams to coordinate deployments, updates and emergency response. DEC or AEC in computer science or related field. Significant experience in a similar role (Continuous Deployment, DevOps, SysAdmin). Knowledge of Linux and Git. Experience with CI / CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). Knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, etc.). Basic knowledge of SQL databases. Production support Experience with containers (Docker, etc.). Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, etc.). Experience with proxy tools (HAProxy, nginx, ...). Familiarity with API Gateways (Kong). Experience in test automation. Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.). Use of AI to help diagnose incidents or problems. Professional skills Team spirit and collaboration. Position
The Continuous Deployment and Operations Specialist plays a key role in managing our constantly evolving production, test and development environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance and security of over a hundred non-production, production and backup installations. As a key member of the team, you will execute and improve deployments, ensure proactive monitoring and continuously improve our processes to optimize our operations.
Deployments and upgrades :
- Execute, optimize and maintain CD pipelines to deploy scalable versions of our applications on environments leading to production.
- Ensure configuration management of environments using Git, automation pipelines and configuration management tools.
- Monitoring and alerting :
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive monitoring system to detect issues and performance problems.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve monitoring tools and processes.
- Enhance, configure and manage Alerts as Code in Git and runbooks.
