We are currently hiring for a Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator in the Quebec area

POSITION : Warehouse Coordinator

LOCATION : Boisbriand, QC, Canada

PAY : $28 - $30 / hour

EMPLOYMENT : Perm

HOURS : 8am 5pm

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the work environment is safe, clean and organized at all times
• Responsible for receiving the stock (parts / pumps), labeling the stock and putting them in inventory
• Record and post the stock issued on the appropriate repair orders
• Report overages, shortages, or damaged items to parts manager
• Assist in replenishment of sold inventory
• Work with supervisor to ensure stock and equipment that is requisitioned by maintenance
• Setup orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
• Work with others to compile records concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment
• Responsible for organizing racking and establishing / optimizing locations for new parts
• Serve as a reference point and mentor to the team in all aspects of stockroom operations that are applicable to their respective job classifications
• Identify ways to improve training methods and communicate them to supervisors
• Keep the inventory at an optimal level according to the customer's demand, without overstocking or understocking
• Execute any other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned

Requirements : .

• 2-3 years of Leadership experience and warehouse coordination experience
• 2-3 years and certified Forklift Counterbalance
• French Bilingual - is a must
• Inventory management, organization, optimization, placement
• Inventory expenses, balances
• Attention to details
• Manufacturer, (Pharmacy), asset
• SAP experience is an asset
• Microsoft Excel (intermediate) needs to be confident in using it. Advance formulas not required.
• Experience with speaking with vendors and clients
