Rattaché au CEO de la filiale canadienne, vos missions principales sont :
- Pilotage et gestion de projets stratégiques de l'entreprise, conduite de plan d'integration et de transformation
- Pilotage et suivi de la performance globale de l'entreprise (Suivi et analyse des KPIs clés)
- Définitions des processus cibles et déploiement d'outils clés pour l'amélioration de la performance dans un contexte de création de filiale
- Définition de l'organisation cible des différents services (Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D, ...
- Implication sur les sujets stratégiques et identification de points de blocage et pain points clés pour les équipes internes

- De formation supérieur en Finance (Maitrise / MBA) vous disposez de 7 années minimum d'expérience dans l'accompagnement d'équipes dirigeantes sur des projets complexes et variés impliquant de multiples stakeholders.
- Une expérience en firme de conseil serait un plus appécié. Vous avez l'experience de travailler en mode multi-projets avec des strech deadlines avec des niveaux de complexité élevés.
