- You will collaboratewith clients and opposing counsel for the collection review andproduction of doents;
- Draft routinecorrespondence;
- Review doents and code them for relevance andprivilege;
- You willprepare pleadings including :
- Form F8 FinancialStatements;
- Affidavits;
- Notices ofApplication;
- Reviewand prepare transcript summaries;
- ist lawyers with all aspects of trialpreparations.
What qualifications and experienceare they looking for
- 5 years of litigation experiencewith a specialty in family;
- Successful completion of a postsecondary LAAand / or paralegal program or the real worldequivalent;
- thoroughknowledge and understanding of BC Supreme Court Rules courtpractices and procedures and filingdeadlines;
- Thoroughknowledge of Family Law Act;
- The ability to work overtime ifrequired;
- Experiencein Adobe MS Word Excel and Outlook;
- Experience withDivorceMate.
