We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to a small corporate and commercial and real estate development firm.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Prepare and file Land Title Office e-filing forms
  • Record and maintain trust transactions and accounts in accordance with Law Society requirements
  • Manage conveyance, mortgage, and corporate transactions

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field (preferable, but not required)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft Office software
  • Experience and knowledge of Land Title Office forms and filing procedures (preferable, but not required)
