THE TEAM

The mission of the Architecture Department is to develop and manage the comprehensive designs, drawings and documentation for our spaces.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Architecture team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for developing the creative vision, executing the architectural drawing sets, and ensuring they are brought to life in the build.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners to seamlessly manage and execute the architectural vision for all projects, supporting in coaching and development opportunities to improve the people & processes required to deliver complete, accurate, and on-time projects to the full realization of the design.

THE ROLE

As the Architecture Project Manager, you will lead the team to :

Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

Ensure our designs meet all regulatory, code and permitting requirements.

Design, manage and coordinate all external design documentation.

Develop and manage all technical design documentation as it relates to functional drawing sections.

Design and maintain catalogues across all specialty elements for all spaces while continuously innovating our designs and approach.

Develop and integrate technical solutions and tools that increase efficiency and standardize our design approach.

Coordinate all drawings ensuring the design intent is realized and to validate they are accurately executed on in the build.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Architecture Project Manager has :

  • Proven skills, education, and / or applicable certifications in the best practices and applications of CAD and REVIT software, AEC applications and building technologies.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
