Our financial Crown Corporation client is seeking two (2) ServiceNow Technical Consultants / Developers to support a full lifecycle migration to ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) . This role covers solution design, configuration, scripting, testing, deployment, integrations, and transition to sustainment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end design, build, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
- Configure the ServiceNow platform including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and integration tools.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
- Support testing, UAT, deployments, cutover activities, and documentation.
- Transition newly delivered solutions to operations / sustainment teams.
- Work within Agile / Scrum or ITIL-aligned delivery frameworks.
Technical Skills & Experience
3–7+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or Developer.Strong hands-on skills in configuration, scripting, integrations, and CSM module work.Experience designing scalable ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments.Knowledge of cloud integration patterns, security protocols, and compliance frameworks.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL delivery practices (ITIL certification an asset).Professional Qualifications
