Responsibilities : Ensure the effective management of workplace injuries for your clients within a matrix teamGuide clients in continuous improvement processes aimed at reducing the impact of workplace injuries on their organizational and financial performanceAdvise clients on maintaining employment relationships and support them during job site visits as part of rehabilitationCollaboratively establish strategies with stakeholders for optimal management of disputes at the Administrative ReviewEnhance integrated service offerings by proposing solutions to clients for better management of occupational health and safety (training, medical expertise, prevention, legal, outsourcing, ergonomics, etc.
To succeed as a Claims Manager, the following qualifications and skills are required : Functional bilingualism in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatoryBachelor's degree in human resources management / industrial relations or a related field (legal, administration, human resources) or a DEC in a related field2-3 years of experience in managing workplace injuries in QuebecProficiency in the process of opening and monitoring a file with CNESST (administrative and medical) and the rules governing temporary assignmentExperience in managing workplace injuries on a Canadian basis is considered an assetStrong problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood analytical and synthesis skillsProficiency in computer skills, knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Suite Office 365 are considered assetsTeam player who promotes collaborationDemonstrates autonomy and adaptabilityStrong organizational skills to effectively manage priorities and follow-ups.
