Job descriptionRefine the Risk Framework by enhancing AMER model risk policies and procedures. Manage and maintain the AMER Model Inventory, ensuring its accuracy and alignment with updated model definitions. Coordinate with Validation Teams to develop and agree upon the annual validation plan. Support regulatory and audit preparations by preparing necessary materials. Collaborate with technology teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for model inventory and workflow management. Track and report on model risk issues and remediation actions. Disseminate governance materials and ensure their effective communication. 3+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management, with a strong focus on Model Risk. Deep understanding of risk metrics, model controls, and industry standards, including regulatory requirements (e.g., SR11-07). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven ability to draft clear and concise policies, procedures, MIS reports, and presentations for various audiences (senior management, regulators, etc.). Strong change management and influence skills with the ability to drive adoption of new initiatives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Experience in consulting or auditing within the investment or financial services sectors. Fluency in both English and French is required. Due to applicable US Federal Securities laws, candidates must be willing to undergo an enhanced background screening, including fingerprint collection by a FINRA-approved third-party vendor.
