Our client is a wellelished lawfirm based in Vancouver recognized for their comprehensive legalservices. They are searching for a Senior Real Estate Paralegal tojoin their real estate division.
This role demands a highlyorganized detailoriented individual with excellent multitasking andcommunication ss.
KeyResponsibilities :
- isting in commercialand residential real estate transactions from inception tocompletion
- Conductingand reviewing due diligence searches including Land Title and BCOnline searches
- Drafting various legal doents related to realestate sales purchases refinancing and commercialmortgages
- Handlingregistrations and other security filings
- Organizing client files and reviewingoutstanding matters
- Liaising with all internal and externalparties involved in the transaction
- Performing other duties asrequired
What They Are LookingFor :
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience incomplex commercial and residential real estatetransactions
- Provenmentorship and leadership ss
- Proficiency in MS Word andOutlook
- Strongorganizational ss and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communicationss
- Ability to managea high volume of work in a fastpacedenvironment
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
