Responsibilities :

- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality while following processes diligently.
- Keep the energy flowing by reporting on relevant recruitment metrics.
- Be a catalyst for positive change, identifying and implementing innovative strategies to elevate our talent acquisition processes to make them even more efficient and effective.
Qualifications :
- Bring a minimum of 7+ years of high-volume and full, end-to-end lifecycle recruitment experience to the table
- Flexibility and adaptability are your middle names you thrive in change and ambiguity.
- Navigate the social media landscape and alternative sourcing / advertising channels like a pro.
- Exercise discretion and tact when dealing with confidential information and sensitive situations.
- Showcase your proficient computer skills, including mastery of the MS Office suite.
- Working knowledge of navigating a Corporate Recruiter considered an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field considered an asset.
