What You’ll Do
Learn by Doing (Full Training Provided)
• Learn how to find and connect with top talent
• Reach out to people, start conversations, and build confidence
• Guide candidates through opportunities from first conversation to job offer
• Develop real-world sales, communication, and business skills
Build Real Relationships
• Talk to people every day - hear their stories, goals, and motivations
• Become someone candidates trust and rely on
• Help people make career-changing decisions
Grow Your Performance Muscle
• Work toward clear goals and see your progress
• Manage multiple opportunities at once (you’ll get good at this fast)
• Learn how high-performing teams operate
