Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Architect to work with a lead higher education institution. As the Business Architect you will be responsible for developing and updating architectural frameworks for highly complex organization wide IT systems.
This candidate will need experience integrating business requirements with system needs, researching and recommending system changes and conducting end - user needs assessments.
Day to day will involve data modeling, developing data base integration methods, troubleshooting systems, and creating technical documentation and user guides.
You will also be responsible for liaising with vendors, directing employees and serving as a resource for job-guidance to other employees.
Must Haves
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years experience with advancing experience in business and technical analysis
- 2+ years in a business architecture role
- Completed or working towards a Business Architect Certification (CBA)
- Ability to perform top-down or bottom-up business and technical analysis
- Ability to create conceptual and logical models to inform business and IT decisions
- Experience presenting to stakeholders and vendor management
- Knowledge and practice of the following frameworks : Business Architecture Body of Knowledge (BIZBOK), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
