ABOUT THE TEAM
At PSP, our Global Mobility team is dedicated to empowering our organization’s global success through strategic talent mobility while delivering an excellent employee experience.
The team is responsible for the movement of our people around the world, which can range from domestic and international transfers or assignments to navigating the new world of remote working.
The team also supports international business travelers, immigration and is a key contributor to organizational initiatives.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Advisor, Global Mobility , you will :
Manage employees’ movements :
Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate end-to-end process of global mobility assignments or transfers in line with policies and ensure compliance
Serve as the main contact for employees' transfer-related inquiries and operationalize all types of transfers, business travels and work from anywhere
Manage immigration cases :
Provide HRBP with insights on the foreign worker population and collaborate to develop effective immigration strategies
Maintain compliance with immigration laws, supporting and coordination of applications for work permits, permanent residency, and business visas with external providers
Subject Expert Matter for individual tax and international payroll :
Oversee tax season activities with internal and external stakeholders while supporting our employees with the associated processes
Provide guidance and support for international payroll questions and processes
Participate in global mobility projects :
Engage in program design, process improvement, system configuration, and RFPs related to global mobility
Assist in developing and updating global mobility policies to align with business objectives and regulations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
Attention to detail and rigorous approach to research, analysis, and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively, cultivating meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a similar role
A solid understanding of global mobility challenges
Knowledge of individual tax and international payroll a strong asset
Strong knowledge of Excel and other tools of the MS Office suite
Practical knowledge of HR systems
Bilingualism : English and French
