We are looking for someone with a proven track record of transformation results who is ready to combine their passion for personal training with their love of helping others. As a personal training manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the personal training team at our personal training studio. This includes hiring, training, educating, and overseeing client transformations. You will work with our personal trainers to help develop personalized workout plans, nutrition plans, supplement protocols, and track their progress. You will also be in charge of developing and implementing systems to help manage the team and clients to success.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in personal training as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. More importantly, you need to care for the success of your team of personal trainers. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
