- Develop, integrate, modify, and test computer code for operating systems software, data processing applications, and software applications.
- Support, maintain, implement, and modify existing software, including testing programs and making necessary changes.
- Research and evaluate various software products.
- Identify, debug, and resolve technical problems related to operating system-level issues.
- Prepare user references by writing operating instructions.
- Control access to systems by monitoring program usage.
- Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation, maintaining records by documenting system software changes and revisions.
Requirements for the Position :
- Experience : At least 2-3 years as a Computer Systems Developer.
- Expert Knowledge : Proficiency in programming languages C and C++.
- System-Level Programming : Experience with system-level programming, including writing and debugging complex code that interacts directly with hardware and system components.
- Technical Skills : In-depth understanding of multithreading, object-oriented analysis and design, proficiency in version control systems, bug tracking, and build systems.
- Education : 2-3 years of college program or a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree would be an asset.
- Language : Good command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
