- Examination of the knowledge and principles supporting effective teaching and learning of exceptional students; resources, strategies, processes, and interventions to better meet individual student needs;
- development of individualized programs based on informal and formal assessments; interpretation and communication of assessment results;
modification and accommodation of expectations; legal issues pertaining to special education.
An acceptable level of education and / or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and / or demonstrated experience.
