We are currently looking for an Office Clerk. This is a regular part-time position located in Ottawa.
We offer a competitive salary, an attractive benefits package, and company discounts. Additionally, we provide training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development. The salary for this position is from 19.15 to 21.60 per hour. This role is part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing the receipt of goods in the computer system (Karmak)
- Validating employee hours
- Tracking purchases, billing, customer accounts, and cash balancing
- Paying suppliers and making deposits
- Preparing sales reports as needed
- Performing various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.)
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with clients across Canada. (asset)
