What You’ll Do
Mechanical assembly, wiring, debugging, cable builds and some solderingInterpret assembly drawings, electrical drawingsDebugging, handle assembly and production issues, as they ariseMaintain an organized and clean working environment
Product Testing : Test the hardware and softwareComplete build documents, checklists and trackingYour Expertise
Education : Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering or related fieldOn‑site Full Time : Able to work full‑time onsite in our Kanata officeHeavy Lifting : Able to lift heavy objects up to approximately 27 kilograms / 60 poundsTechnical Knowledge and Skills
Hands‑on Experience : electronics, sensors, and PC‑based systemsElectronic Test and Measurement Equipment : comfortable working with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calibration toolsWindows Software : Basic understanding of Windows‑based software installation and device driversProcess Obsessed : Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical proceduresProblem Solver : determined to find a solution when something doesn’t work as expected, ability to debug and solve complex technical problemsAutomation : some experience with motors, automation systems, electrical and wiringSensor Savvy : familiarity with instrumentation and sensor qualificationTraits and Abilities
