About the Role

As the B2B Trade Marketing Manager at EHPlabs, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success by developing and executing strategic trade marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and foster strong partnerships with our retail partners.

You will work collaboratively with the Brand Marketing team sales team to ensure the alignment of trade marketing strategies in line with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns across various channels, including point-of-sale materials, promotions, trade shows, EDM’s, ambassadors and digital platforms.
  • Develop creative briefs and work closely with the creative team to ensure the development of impactful marketing and POS materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product visibility and optimal placement within retail locations.

POS Management

  • Oversee the development, distribution, and maintenance of all point of sale (POS) materials, including signage, displays, coolers, and promotional items.
  • Ensure that the brand is well represented in retail and on-premise environments.
  • Create tracking and analytics behind the success of programs tied to these items.
  • Develop eye-catching displays and promotional materials to enhance product presentation

Support Retailer Partnerships

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key distribution partners and retailers such as The Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, and Walmart.
  • Collaborate with retailers to develop joint marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility in-store.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the trade marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

About You

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • You develop and execute successful trade marketing campaigns for consumer packaged goods, as evidenced by a proven track record.
  • You have deep knowledge of business-to-business marketing strategies for North American consumers, particularly in the US market.
  • You understand sports / active nutrition, supplements, market trends, and consumer behavior deeply.
  • You demonstrate excellent leadership and time management skills in a global team environment.
  • You exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • You possess an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
  • You are proficient in the latest marketing tools and software.
  • You operate independently and thrive as a self-starter.
  • You are open to traveling approximately 25% of the time.
