Position Summary :

The Operations Specialist is a multi-faceted role designed to support both the customer service and business development (BD) aspects of our operations.

This position requires a dynamic individual who can balance operational tasks with customer engagement, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and maintaining the high service standards Sailvan Times is known for.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Operational and BD Support :

  • Work in tandem with the BD team for business expansion, maintaining strong relationships with dealers.
  • Assist in daily communications and maintenance with current clients and sales orders.
  • Engage in tasks like phone communication with dealers, sending promotional emails, assisting in order creation, and participating in after-sales service.

B. Customer Service :

  • Act as a primary point of contact for B2B and B2C customers, addressing queries, and concerns, and providing feedback.
  • Manage and respond to customer service emails promptly.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and other post-purchase inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

C. Team Collaboration :

  • Support sales and BD teams in understanding product needs and coordinating deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including shops, distributors, and sales data.
  • Produce and report on key sales statistics, ensuring consistent CRM system updates.

D. Continuous Improvement :

  • Use feedback and insights for operational improvements and process streamlining.
  • Recommend product and service enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

2. At least 2 years of experience in operations or customer service.

3. Proficiency in CRM software, operational tools, and Shopify.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
