The Assistant Manager is responsible for the restaurant during their shift.QualificationsAbilities : Maintaining key internal and external relationships with other members of the management teamFood Safety Handler Certificate will be required (can be completed within 60 days of hiring)-Basic ability to read financial statements to the Operating Margin line-A desire to become proficient in selecting, training, and developing people is also key to this position.
