The clients M365 Platform Services team within Enterprise Applications has been working to complete several significant projects. The projects include a Microsoft Exchange on-premises decommissioning which involves investigating the remaining on-prem mailboxes to either remove those no longer required or migrate to Exchange Online. The investigation will require working with various stakeholders across departments to review user mailboxes as well as understand the requirements of any shared mailboxes that may be associated with line of business applications. Any stakeholder concerns with migrating mailboxes to the cloud will need to be documented
and addressed.

Responsibilities
Work with M365 Technical Leads to provide project support and stakeholder engagement.
Work with various stakeholders to gather, document, and understand operational problems, analyze
alternatives, and propose solutions.
Work with stakeholders to resolve roadblocks to project tasks and deliverables.
Complete current and future state analysis, gap analysis, standard operating procedures.
Produce and analyze reports and dashboards for projects and operations related to key department
priorities.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Either Certification required - Business Analyst Management Certifications such as IIBA-CBAP, PMI-PBA, IQBBA. Provide details of certification.
Lean Six Sigma certification (waste walk, yellow belt, green belt, black belt, or master black belt). Provide details of certification.
A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or in another related similar discipline. and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience with guiding businesses in improving processes OR a two (2) year College Diploma in a
related discipline with a minimum of seven (7) years related experience with exposure to analysis of organizations or business domain and documentation of their business, processes, and supporting systems.
Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience as an Information Technology environment, including work such as : leading and facilitating requirements gathering, use case analysis, workflows, detailed design activities, system configuration, writing test plans and test cases, and developing documentation and training materials.
Minimum 3 years Demonstrated experience in documenting existing business processes and developing new business processes to support the implementation or upgrade of technical solutions. Experience in coordinating and facilitating workshops to elicit requirements.
Demonstrated experience in the backend tools and management of Microsoft M365 cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Exchange Online, Entra, license management, as well as governance and audit tools within the M365 environment.
5 years of demonstrated experience gathering and evaluating business requirements.
5 years of demonstrated experience facilitating change management within an organization.
5 years of demonstrated experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
3 years of demonstrated experience and excellent understanding of Microsoft M365 and related workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
5 years of Demonstrated experience in a technical role responsible for analyzing a problem, coming up with alternative solutions, selecting a proposed solution, and breaking it down into workable tasks. Provide proof.

This project involves migrating office tools and mailboxes from on-premises to the M365 cloud. The client requires the services of one Business Analyst.
