Note : The proposed resource is required to work at the office in Fredericton for the duration of onboarding to the project (approximately weeks, negotiable).

After onboarding, the Department is willing to consider a hybrid work arrangement where the proposed resource will be required to work in the Fredericton Office a minimum of days per month.

Job Description :

• A Bachelor’s level University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• A minimum of years of experience as a Business Analyst including requirements gathering, facilitation, use case analysis and detailed design activities. years
• A minimum of years of experience working in eHealth projects in a Canadian jurisdiction. years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role in eHealth in a Canadian jurisdiction related to both project and operations work.

Please provide examples of projects / operations related work. Experience with EMR projects in a Canadian regional health authority context would be an asset. years

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating sessions with diversified groups of Subject Matter Experts / stakeholders resulting in clear and concise business requirements. years
• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role in EMR implementations in a Canadian jurisdiction. years
• Demonstrated experience in documenting workflow / business processes / user stories. years
• Demonstrated experience in defining and documenting Standard Operating Procedures in support of program operations. years
• Demonstrated experience in complex multi-year projects that included a significant digital transformation and change management component. years
• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analysis role in both English and French. years
