This individual should be skilled in conducting competitive and market research, effectively communicating user stories and business value to stakeholders, and making confident, data-informed decisions-even with limited information. Strong critical thinking, the ability to refine ideas based on research, and experience in building business cases for new features are essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on the product vision and strategy for a Remsoft productMaintenance and execution of the product roadmapConduct competitive and market researchCommunicate user stories, product requirements, and the business importance of a feature with all stakeholders involved in the product process.Able to independently conduct proper qualitative and quantitative research to distill meaningful outcomes from many information sources.Strong critical thinker able to iterate and remove ideas and features that prove to be insufficient.Experienced confident decision-making skills, even with little information.Experience in the development of business cases for new product features / enhancementsExperience in developing functional specifications, as well as solution mock-upsQualificationsFluent in written and spoken English.Post-secondary education in Business, Software Engineering, Development, or a related field.Product Management certification or equivalent experience.Experience with data mining, predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is an asset.3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Assets : Hyper-organized and detail-oriented with a high expectation of quality.Great communication skills to serve as the key cross-functional leader for your product, who can articulate solutions and business value behind ideas.Highly ambitious, self-starting, and self-motivating, with the ability to jump into any conversation and work collaboratively across all teams at Remsoft.Strong client service mentalityExperience using product management software to support the product management life cycle (i.e., AHA, Dev Ops)Experience in Supply Chain, Maintenance or Forestry disciplines preferredStrong understanding of ERP / EAM (SAP, Oracle, Maximo etc.) database structures and integration capabilities preferred.5-7 years prior experience working in a software environment focused on cloud industrial solutions (e.g., CMMS, Inventory Management, IIOT)Location : We are committed to finding the best candidate and are flexible regarding location.
