Job Description
Project Centre Sales Representatives are sales professionals who partner with customers to fully understand their needs and assist in planning construction and renovation projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, project sales representatives can make recommendations that solve customers’ problems. This work is fast-paced, engaging, and highly rewarding when customers appreciate your efforts and make a purchase. The position offers a base salary plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through engaging with customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Clarify and understand customers’ needs and recommend the best solutions for their projects
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and product offerings
- Take initiative and confidently guide customer interactions
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Produce quotes, material lists, and follow up with customers
- Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service
- Resolve customer challenges efficiently and effectively
- Continuously learn about products and market conditions
