Job descriptionVirtual Engagement Associate (Service Representative) Inizio Engage is seeking an energetic, patient-focused professional to join our team as a Virtual Engagement Associate (VEA). In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with key healthcare influencers through phone and digital platforms, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achieving monthly performance goals. The VEA will play a critical role in educating and providing detailed information about our clients’ unique products and services to healthcare professionals. Success in this position means consistently meeting or exceeding client objectives while representing both Inizio Engage and our clients with integrity and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.3-month contract, 100% remote. Key Objectives : Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and the clinic / pharmacy / hospital stakeholders by placing outbound phone and / or virtual calls on behalf of the client to deliver key service messages. Research territory targets, identify the key players, stakeholder map and generate interest with each interaction. Self-sufficient and with the ability to assess business opportunities to properly manage their territory and meet call expectations. Consistently meet and exceed program related to KPIs, as communicated by direct manager. Build rapport with customers through high quality interactions and identifying the customer and patient needs. Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner. Submit call activity daily in the Client Relationship Management System (CRM). Manage relationships with the key influencers, clients and all Inizio Engage business units through regular touch points to ensure program KPIs are delivered and to attain or exceed service goals. Support with maintaining existing business and promote additional services by providing insights and qualified opportunities to the direct manager, the team and at times, the client to provide feedback and solutions to the client’s needs Demonstrate the Inizio Engage values daily. Job Holder Specification : Strong oral and written communication skills (French and English). College or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Energetic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with internal and external business units. Innovative and strategic thinker. Able to prioritize and plan territory coverage. Business acumen and entrepreneurial helps. Professionalism, autonomous and team player. Excellent customer service and patient centric focused. Tech and digital savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office. Dans ce rôle, vous établirez et entretiendrez des relations avec des acteurs clés du secteur de la santé par téléphone et via des plateformes numériques, en veillant à offrir un service exceptionnel et à atteindre les objectifs de performance mensuels. Le VEA jouera un rôle essentiel en éduquant et en fournissant des informations détaillées sur les produits et services uniques de nos clients aux professionnels de santé. La réussite dans ce poste signifie respecter ou dépasser les objectifs fixés par le client, tout en représentant Inizio Engage et nos clients avec intégrité et un engagement envers l’amélioration des résultats pour les patients.Contrat de 3 mois, 100 % télétravail. Objectifs clés : Communiquer avec les professionnels de santé (HCP) et les parties prenantes des cliniques / pharmacies / hôpitaux en effectuant des appels sortants téléphoniques et / ou virtuels au nom du client pour transmettre des messages clés. Rechercher les cibles du territoire, identifier les acteurs clés, cartographier les parties prenantes et susciter l’intérêt à chaque interaction. Être autonome et capable d’évaluer les opportunités commerciales afin de gérer efficacement son territoire et respecter les attentes en matière d’appels. Atteindre et dépasser régulièrement les indicateurs de performance (KPI) du programme, tels que communiqués par le gestionnaire direct. Établir un lien de confiance avec les clients grâce à des interactions de qualité et à l’identification des besoins des clients et des patients. Répondre à toutes les demandes des clients dans les délais impartis. Soumettre quotidiennement l’activité des appels dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM). Gérer les relations avec les influenceurs clés, les clients et toutes les unités d’affaires d’Inizio Engage par des points de contact réguliers afin de garantir la réalisation des KPI du programme et d’atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de service. Contribuer au maintien des affaires existantes et promouvoir des services supplémentaires en fournissant des informations et des opportunités qualifiées au gestionnaire direct, à l’équipe et parfois au client pour offrir des solutions adaptées à ses besoins. Faire preuve des valeurs d’Inizio Engage au quotidien. Profil recherché : Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite (français et anglais). Diplôme collégial ou universitaire (préféré). Énergique, autonome et doté(e) de solides compétences interpersonnelles. Capacité à collaborer avec des unités d’affaires internes et externes. Esprit innovant et stratégique. Capacité à prioriser et planifier la couverture du territoire. Sens des affaires et esprit entrepreneurial. Professionnalisme, autonomie et esprit d’équipe. Excellente orientation service client et centrée sur le patient. À l’aise avec les outils numériques et technologiques, maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
