Your Role :

As a Business Development Representative, you'll work closely with engineers and architects to develop new business opportunities, focusing on relationship-building and market expansion.

Your role will involve understanding complex technical products and effectively communicating their value to clients, primarily in the construction and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the construction and engineering sectors to effectively position our products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations and manage key client relationships.
  • Continuously analyze the market and identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in construction, engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Willingness to travel and attend events as part of the role.
