Entry-Level Sales : Recruiting / Account Manager

From day one you’ll have a team of mentors to show you the ropes, provide context, tools, and give guidance every step of the way. Recruiter Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews using internal database, job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Learn to develop business relationships with clients, guided by a mentor.
• Enroll in classes at Insight Global University.

Recruiting is the foundation of your career and will prepare you for promotion into sales as an Account Manager, typically around 10 months.
