Processing Administrator

Our client, a leader in insurance and financial services, is looking for processing administrators to join our team! Are you looking for unlimited opportunities to develop and succeed? What is in it for you?

• $21 per hour
• Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
• 100% remote, open to all locations in Canada.
• Full-time temporary to permanent position
• Safe and clean environment

What is the job?

• Responsible for complex data processing tasks such as collecting and scrubbing
• Upload participant level account data with efficiency and accuracy to meet the Service Levels set by management.
• Generate reporting using a new recordkeeping system based on plan specific information.
• Analyze and interpret data according to predefined rules/methodology
• You have exceptional technical capabilities, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail is always a priority
• Execute transactions with accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures. (Presenting data in more user-friendly manner).
• Coverage on Canadian statutory holidays may be required

What do you bring to the job?

• Knowledge of Defined Contribution plans is preferred.
• Prefer work experience with 401k plan
• Knowledge of Parts+ recordkeeping system preferred but not required.
• You excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while exhibiting a calm and professional manner.
• You have strong, multi-tasking, organizational and prioritizing skills for a high volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, precise communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Excitement to work in data resolution
